Working Principle of Power-Assisted Manipulator

The power-assisted manipulator (balance crane) is centered on force balance and human-machine collaborative control, working in conjunction with pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric systems:
Gravity balance: The self-weight of the workpiece is offset by an air cylinder, counterweight, or servo motor, allowing lifting and lowering to be controlled with a small force.
Motion guidance: Rotation, swinging, and lifting are achieved by means of guide rails, joints, and hinges, ensuring smooth movement and precise positioning.
Execution of grabbing: Clamping, adsorption, and release are completed through fixtures and suction cups. It is equipped with a braking and anti-falling system, which can still lock when power or air is cut off.
Human-machine collaboration: Manual operation via the armrest, no programming required, enabling flexible adjustment of the workpiece posture.

Main structure: The manipulator adopts a multi-joint cantilever design. The base can rotate 360°, and the middle joint supports 270° swing. Both joints are equipped with braking devices to ensure stable positioning.

Control and execution: Operators manually control through the control arm. The end is integrated with an electronic scale, a flipping device, and a vertical moving guide rail. It is equipped with an internal expanding clamp, a clamping cylinder, and a side clamping cylinder (made of flexible material) to realize the grabbing, flipping, and precise positioning of workpieces.

Vacuum air storage tank: A gray pressure vessel used to stabilize air pressure or store vacuum, providing pressure retention in case of air or power failure to prevent workpieces from falling.
Filter pressure regulating valve: A white valve body used to filter compressed air, regulate pressure, and lubricate.
Robotic arm: A yellow multi-link structure that can achieve movements such as 270° swing.

Electrical Control Box : A gray box containing control components and a pneumatic(pneumatic triple unit), used to control the entire system.
Balancing Cylinder: A large-diameter silver cylinder, which is the core power component for achieving gravity balance and driving the end to lift.
Column: With a yellow main body, it carries the entire robotic arm, and the base can rotate 360°.
Rotating Base: A metal base with a flange, enabling 360° rotation of the column.

Vacuum suction cup assembly: yellow frame + aluminum alloy guide rail + vacuum suction cup, used for adsorbing flat workpieces such as plates and glass.
Vacuum suction cup: made of black rubber, directly contacts the workpiece to form negative pressure.
Pneumatic control valve group: hand slide valve / ball valve on the silver metal panel, used to control the vacuum on-off of each suction cup, and can realize partition adsorption.
Vacuum pipeline: black corrugated pipe, used to transmit vacuum negative pressure.
